A quiet, much needed, restful day around here is still a day of fancy, fun food. 
Caprese salad with burrata and fresh basil from the garden topped with a smoked balsamic and rosemary olive oil from the Olive Pit. 
Then a cauliflower crust margarita pizza that mirrors our appetizer for this eve. 
The perfect way to unwind and enjoy the spring air!!
